Tailored. Client-centered. Inclusive.

Humans are complex beings. We are not just a "cluster of symptoms" or a set of behaviors. For this reason, my approach is integrative to create interventions tailored to my clients' specific needs. 

As a therapist, my goal is to create a connection, first. I truly believe that, without a genuine connection based on trust and empathy, no true "healing", growing, and thriving can happen.

My practice draws from several approaches including Humanistic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, as well as Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems

The first couple of sessions are usually dedicated to getting to know you, beyond your current challenges, and discussing your specific goals and expectations.

  

The approach is the most relevant to your needs and will agree upon session frequency.

  

Whether you are interested in a brief, solution-focused, therapy (6 sessions) or more in-depth work, I look forward to working with you.
